Part-Time Marketing Associate 

Solidago Business Advisors is a small growing marketing and business advising agency that is seeking a Marketing Associate to manage and execute marketing projects for our Northside Market small business clients, as well as assist on other client projects including, but not limited to; creating print & digital marketing materials, website design, social media management, and advertising. This is a part-time in-office/work from home position working about 18 to 26 hours each week.

In-Office Hours at Northside Marketplace - Akron, Ohio

Tuesdays - 1:00pm - 7:00pm  

Wednesdays - 11:00am - 5:00pm 

Thursdays - 11:00am - 5:00pm 

2 Saturdays a month - 11am - 3:00pm 

- up to 4 hours from home, depending on work load per week. 

Pay: $15 - $18 per hour based on experience

entry-level & experience candidates are encouraged to apply

Qualifications 

• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive and goal-oriented attitude

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques and digital tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills  

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SEO

• Experience with marketing, digital marketing, promotions, and branding

• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications

• Able to work individually as well as part of a team with good time management and planning skill

• Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail

• Knowledge of square space, wix, and etsy are a bonus 

Responsibilities 

•  You will be a the primary team member interfacing with our Northside Marketplace small business clients and will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding their marketing needs.  

• Assist with other client projects including, but not limited to; creating print & digital marketing materials, website design, social media management, and advertising

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Face to face sales and marketing of new services to our current and new clients

• Assist with seeking new clients

• Project Management
